SCHOLARSHIPS
Accepts all kinds of government scholarships e.g. UniFAST Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), CHED Tulong Dunong Program, City Scholarship, etc.
FOR WALK-IN ENROLLMENT
You may visit SPC anytime, Monday to Saturday (8 AM - 5 PM) to facilitate your enrollment. You will not be allowed to enter the school's offices but you will be entertained by our staff at the school's waiting area.
FOR ONLINE ENROLLMENT
Follow these steps to enroll online:
STEP 1
Pay at least P1,000 enrollment down payment to any branch of Philippine National Bank (PNB) or through Globe GCash using the Bank Transfer option. Send your payment to:

STEP 2
Send a photo of the validated deposit slip or screenshot of the confirmed GCash transaction of your enrollment down payment to our Facebook Messenger @spccdo together with the following details:

Course and Year Level:
Contact Number:
Email Address (if any):
For those without Facebook Messenger account, you may authorize another person to enroll you on your behalf.
STEP 3
Congrats! You are now officially enrolled at SPC. We will send you your Certificate of Registration (COR) and a copy of the official receipt of your down payment.
STEP 4
Submit available enrollment requirements after the community quarantine to the enrollment officer (may be done by the student’s guardian or authorized representative).
REQUIREMENTS

1. Report Card – Form 138 (Original and photocopy)

2. Certificate of Good Moral (Original and photocopy)

3. 2×2 ID Picture with White Background (2 Copies)

4. PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (2 Photocopies)

5. Long Brown Envelopes (2 Pcs.)
